- Maintain and support the eFront Invest application
- Support and develop eFront Invest reports
- Participate in data related projects and interfacing with third party systems
- Format report in the requested layout and file format
- Extract data from the application database
- Configure and set-up the system according to Business Requirements
- Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the System
- Assist in client on-boarding and new project implementation
- Prioritization of daily tasks based on users’ needs
- Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires
- Collaborate with teammates from across the group
Requisitos
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service / support desk in a financial services organisation
- Experience with databases and programming/reporting languages such as VBA & VB.net, Javascript or Transact-SQL
- Experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing and reporting technologies highly appreciated
- Standard skills of Excel formulas
- Accounting / Fund Admin knowledge a plus
- Good written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Performance and process driven mindset
- Highly motivated with ability to multitask
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in support eFront products would be considered a strong asset
